Returns & Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged 

The item received is incorrect (wrong size, color, or product sent)

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence

What Is Not Eligible for Return

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind after purchase

Normal fit preferences or personal comfort issues

Items worn, washed, or used

Each product is made on demand, which means we do not offer returns for sizing or preference errors.

This is non-negotiable.

Refund Policy

If the issue is approved, a free replacement will be issued first

Refunds are only processed if a replacement is not possible

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time:

Review: 2–3 business days

Refund (if applicable): 5–7 business days after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.

All products are made to order

Inventory is not held in advance

If an item is defective or incorrect, we replace it — we do not exchange it.

This keeps the system clean and scalable.

Important Transparency Note 

Each MORZA product is produced on demand to reduce waste and ensure quality.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns for sizing or change-of-mind purchases.
